Arrive in Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport off your international flight. Transfer by road through the scenically beautiful Great Rift Valley down to Lake Naivasha Sopa lodge. The drive will take two hour from Nairobi. Enjoy a delicious lunch on the lawn overlooking the lake. Afternoon at leisure on the farm, with the option of boat ride in Lake Naivasha, witnessing the prolific variety of bird-life on the lake shore
Day 2Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru
Early breakfast before departing to Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru National park is famous for its abundance of flamingos and large variety of water birds. Lake Nakuru is also one of Kenya’s Rhino Sanctuaries and large numbers of Rhinos are regularly seen, along with good sightings of Leopard. lunch will be served in of the lodges in Nakuru returning to Naivasha in the afternoon. Day 3Lake Naivasha – Maasai Mara Game Reserve
After a leisure breakfast at Naivasha Sopa Lodge, depart to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve-jewel of Kenya’s Game Park arriving in time for lunch at Mara Sarova luxury Tented Camp. The Maasai Mara is Kenya’s finest and most outstanding wildlife sanctuary where gentle rolling grassland ensures animals are never out of sight. The climate is gentle, rarely too hot and well spread rainfall year round. The sensation of the great wildebeest migration between July and October is unparalleled. The wildlife is far from being confined within the Reserve boundaries and an even larger area extends beyond the game Reserve. After lunch, explore the Reserve on a late evening game drive. Day 4Discover Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Early morning game drive at dawn, returning to the Camp for a full breakfast. After breakfast there is the opportunity to take a game drive along the banks of the Mara River, to witness importance of this great river to the Mara’s ecosystem. Return to the Camp for a delicious lunch. At 3:30pm, depart for the afternoon game drive. The Mara is widely considered to offer the best game viewing in Africa, and the evening game drive is duly rewarding for its famous Big Cats, wildlife and birds.
