Day 1 Arrive in Arusha

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport your guide team will drive you to Arusha Coffee Lodge, where you will spend one night in a chalet. Booked on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 2Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, we drive to Lake Manyara National Park arriving time for lunch. After lunch, we spend the afternoon in the bush admiring unspoilt Africa. Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 3Lake Manyara

The game in this petite park is plentiful and the magnificent bird watching will make a devotee out of even the most reluctant. It is also one of the very few places in Africa to see tree-climbing lions. Manyara’s great shock of pink flamingoes will also delights you. Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 4Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park

After a leisure breakfast we drive to the legendary safari setting where the vast ecosystem plays host to the planet’s most awesome wildlife spectacle arriving in time for lunch at Serengeti Sopa Lodge. Serengeti is a World Heritage Site and listed as an International Biosphere Reserve. Long peaceful days at the Serengeti camp bring the rewards of excellent game viewing and utter tranquility. Day 5Serengeti National Park

Morning and evening game drives. Weathered domes of granite and gneiss are a favorite retreat of the big cats, a place to rest and to watch the surrounding vegetation for both danger and for prey. Giraffe browse in small groups among the trees. Bohor reed buck and waterbuck restrict their travels to the vegetation near the rivers and streams. Great numbers of ostrich, Grant’s gazelle, topi, hartebeest, impala and African water buffalo abound. Lion, cheetah, wild dog and hyena! Leopards are seen resting in the trees. Day 6 Serengeti National Park

Morning and evening game drives exploring the depths of the deep Serengeti. Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 7Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, we drive to Ngorongoro Crater arriving in time for lunch at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge. We will pass through Olduvai Gorge, where for more than fifty years the Leakey family has been uncovering fossils of our human ancestors and of animal life, laboriously peeling away the layers of mystery attached to the history of the continent. Under the direction of Louis and Mary Leakey, material was unearthed dating back over two million years. Overnight at the Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 8Ngorongoro Crater

After early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation for morning and afternoon game drives as you enjoy the serene environment. Have lunch by the hippo pool side then drive back to the lodge for your overnight stay.

Day 9Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

After breakfast, we drive back to Arusha arriving in time for lunch at your Hotel. We check into the New Arusha Hotel after Lunch then we proceed to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight back home.
