What to Expect - 5 Days Zanzibar Island Tour

Zanzibar Island Tour l Zanzibar Beach Holiday

On this 5 Days Zanzibar Island Tour you are picked up at the Port or Airport and transferred to a hotel in Stone Town where you check-in at 2:30pm. Later in the day proceed on a trip to Prison Island – home of giant tortoises among other bird life and wild animals.

Flanked by an amazing beach with coral reefs lying just off Zanzibar Island is an ideal venue for water sports activities such as swimming, snorkeling and beach relaxation. For the following few days, in between periods of beach relaxation, you are conducted to tours of the Island which includes the following trips:-

Day 1 Arrive in Zanzibar

Arrive Zanzibar airport/harbor transfer to Stone Town Hotel for check-in at 2:30pm have a trip to prison island tour a home of giant tortoises. Return to Stone Town at 5:30pm for dinner and overnight at one of the hotels in Old Town.

Day 2Swimming with Dolphins and Josani Forest Tour

At 8:30am you are picked up in your hotel and we proceed to the south coast for your dolphin sighting trip. This is a day trip to Kizimkazi, and is a wonderful experience as you may have the opportunity to swim with hundreds of Spinner and Bottle-nose Dolphins playing off Kizimkazi beach. At 2:30pm we drive to Jozani Forest for a tour to seek out the Red Colobus Monkeys. We also explore this natural tropical forest and the neighboring mangrove forest. Later visit Zala Park to learn on how local people involved creatively in protecting the natural environment. Return to town for dinner and overnight.

Day 3Visit to the Historic Sites of Stone Town

This day will be spent on a town and spice farms tour. You will begin with the city tour after breakfast when you can visit the historic sites of Stone Town and shop in the antiquities and gift shops. You will have lunch at Mtoni Marine Restaurant and proceed to the Islands Spice Farms afterward to search for spices and tropical fruits. After dinner you will spend the night at a hotel in Stone Town.
